Meditation is a powerful component to your personal Sadhana (Spiritual practice). Begin the day with a powerful Kriya Meditation Practice. This tradition has been passed down through the Netai Charan Banerjee of the Panchanan branch of the Lahiri Mahasaya lineage as well as Avidta through Sri Bhagavan Ramana Maharishi lineage. Markus will share the foundation of this sacred practice and transmission which he was given his master’s blessing to share, The practices were learned through his training with his Kriya Master for over 10 years.

It is fushion of both Yogic and Shamanic teachiniques. Using Shamanic medicine, sound healing, and other vibrational techniques, Markus will assist in the movement of the energy, create a safe and protected space, and facilitate the journey. Be prepared for a powerful journey into unprecedented states of consciousness. It is also sugested that you do the practice on an empty stomach or after a light mean.
