The Stories We Tell Ourselves

We often tell the inspiring stories of our guests, their ability to find new and better ways to do things, and to overcome challenges in their lives.  This week we turn the tables on the idea of stories, and we look closer at the stories we tell ourselves.  These stories are often our own creation, not based in real facts, and are holding us back from reaching our true potential. What stories are you telling yourself that are in the way of your growth as a being?  This week we are joined by frequent guest Markus Kasunich who will share insights on the pervasiveness of stories in our own narrative, and how he works with his clients to help them identify the stories that are holding them back, and guides them to overcome them.

The Mind Body Spirit Living radio program is meant for those who want to know more about whole living in a way that is not intimidating or judgmental.  Listen in to hear discussion and discourse, featuring guests who will share their expertise and help to enrich listeners’ understanding of different topics on health, wellness and spirituality.  You can add to making the program informative with emails and questions that can help to enrich everyone’s understanding.  Thank you for being part of the Mind Body Spirit Living community.
